Dyeing Weaponsmiths' Weapons

  • Probably not exactly what you are looking for , it's a start.

Weapons (including offhands) can be dyed. However:

Additionally, going to the skin on the wiki will show what dye does to that particular weaponApplying dye
causes the entire axe to change in color. The default color can be perfectly replicated using brown dye. Applying black dye almost causes the axe to disappear. Notes

And I just saw you were asking specifically about craft able weapon smiths, however can probably due the same as above.

As for Faction weaponsmiths, I unfortunately ran out of platinum :D I do have a few that I've purchased before though, which I will list below:

    Telamon (Leviathan Pits)

Bone Idol - Dye affect entire weapon

Idol (Knife skin) - Not dyeable

    Shichiroji (Kaineng Center, Divine Path)

    Katana - Dye affect handle

Maybe some kind (and bored) soul will continue this work with the other weaponsmiths :)

  • Donno if this is a moot point or non-applicable but I have found that certain prophecies items can be dyed where as factions items cannot be dyed. ie: Wooden skin flatbow 15^50 q8 from prophecies is dye-able, where as a q8 +5e wooden longbow skin bow from factions is not. I have found a fleshy hornbow, but I assume it has dropped from factions because it is undye-able. Hope this helps in the slightest bit!

  • This is exactly the type of thing I was looking for. I am genuinely surprised it isn't on the wiki for each weaponsmith. This is a great find though.

Personally I am most interested in the ele wands and offhands that are either 20/20 or +15 energy and 20% or 30hp.

  • Ditto for the collectors, it's case by case. Obliged to test all of them in order to create a list.
