I can't rule in or rule out but can say that I checked my rather larger low level and FDS collections and do not have one lower than q7. Will let you know if I ever get one, I farm low levels often.

Another Focus found his way in my Xunlai
but i am getting only Focuses... Since im totally new to that topic ~ am i getting lucky AF or is it usual to drop 3x q8 max Focus in one day ?
Depends on how many chests you are opening, Q8 Foci are much more common from chests than Shields and Swords. Over a large scale of data, q8 foci is approx 1/200 chests.
Getting a dual modded one is a different story.

Interesting set of drops, gz! Both are nice in my eyes, but it may be surprising, I am more intrigued with the q8/15 as I have a current 8/15 project in the works. So if by chance that one is looking for new home, my ears will be open

Definitely not trash, the price will be based on interest at the time, all depends if the right people (meaning those interested) are active at the time of an auction, but definitely not trash.

Arent they quite common and easy farmable? I mean gold Naga bows.
Not so common, only took me 15 years to find a q9 +5e and paid up the nose for it.
They sound common just cause they do drop, but a q9 with a good inherent mod, not so much.

Definitely possible on Q0 8-17 scythes, but very rare, that's where I got my only one.
Q0 istanis should as well, not sure where I dropped mine over the years but highly likely there.
As far as rarity, all items from those chests are purple.

Hey!
If you are looking for low level purples such as Q0 Scythes, Spears, etc, any explorer area on the island will do.
Personally, I will run within Plains of Jarin starting from The Astralarium and run south for a loop. There are only 2 chests across the map so once you find the 2 you can rezone.
The other maps on the islands are similar. Only 1-2 chests, (there may be one with 3 but not 100% sure from memory). The skins could differ from location but if you are only looking for general req+weapon type, any would do.

Actually the Mantids paid off, the gold and purple one dropped in the same run, the gold first right outside of the gate and the purple was towards the far end by the Kappa hill. I will probably not see another here in a long time.

You may want to reconsider merching them, OS perfect mod ones are rather rare.
