I am not 100% on this but have always been under the impression that they don’t make an impact for the same reasons mentioned by Oldschool Cool as it relates to no impact to gold or xp.
I did find this in the notes section of wiki for summoning stones....
In extremely rare circumstances, drops can be assigned to a summoned creature and cannot be picked up by anyone. However, once the item loses its assignment, anyone will be able to grab it.
I have never seen this happen but makes me think that rather than being assigned like a hero that you wouldn’t see the drop resulting in impact to loot drop, summoned creatures are similar to minis or pet in the respect of not impacting drops.

well.... 3 days ago i thinking about q8 scythes, im convinced... the max for q8 scythe is 10-XX and 9-41, and this is one of the reasons that makes me think that
if q9 can drop with min of 10 damage, will be 10-41? 10-40 is the same than 9-41 and less than 40 it wouldn't make sense eitherif anyone can deny what i say please do so, the search for these scythes is killing me
This is a very interesting thought. Half of me would love to find one, the other half would admit that my 2 q8 9-40 golds would be very upset.

Due to not being close to current day Q7 max (14-20), there isn't any value in this one.
Sometimes you will find a buyer for a one off, but just in case you haven't seen this thread, this can be very helpful for seeing what the max dmg (post nerf/current day) per req per item.

You do have yourself a perfect Q8 11-21 Gold Staff (HSR 18%, Purple HSR max is 20%).
Any other skin, this wouldn't have much value as a 18/10, but as a Bo, some eyebrows may raise.
There would be some non-believers on this and probably laugh at this price check, but honestly this more rare than a q9 11-22 20/10 Bo in my opinion. I would be expecting around 20-30e, possibly a little more if multiple bidders.

Blind Was My Fury , I have seen very similar questions from others and can understand the confusion.
The funny timing is as I was writing this response, I refreshed the first thread to get the below example and saw that the Staff section has already been changed and is being worked as we speak (min was still the same across all requirements so looks like Red is working on it), check back in soon.
What I was intending to add is a little further context to what Looney provided which is the definition of each number.
I believe the reason they were carved out the way they were is that it is nearly impossible (very rare) to find a low level staff that is 100% perfect across all 3 metrics (HSR, Energy, DMG). As a result, the bolded number that was in the row was the highest value reported. For example for Q4 HSR, it stated: 17/8/9-15
The 17 is the highest HSR reported for q4, but the other 2 numbers are not necessarily the highest. If you look at the DMG row, it will have 9-16 in bold. So technically, a perfect Purple Q4 Staff would have HSR 17 Energy 8 (a 9 was recently dropped though) and DMG 9-16.
I hope that helps if you look at the new historical version.
