Very nice, not sure this item can be priced in advance, it will 100% raise some interest. Others may be able to share some comparable says but this will likely come down to do a bid war. Strong advice, don't sell to private offer, there is a chance for low ball offers.

Oldschool items don't have inscriptions. Inscriptions will start with "Inscription:xxxxx" and these can be removed. Inscripted items drop from Nightfall and EOTN. Old School Shields never contain an inscription.
From a perspective of how common a dual mod vs single mod shield is, here is some stats from my personal HM Chest tracking
Out of 4474 HM Chests in the last 6 months, I got 182 OS Shields (4.1%), of those, 33 were dual mod (18%).

What you have there is an "Oldschool Shield" with dual mod. These are different from Inscripted items as you cannot change the mods. Any item that is dropped from Prophecies or Factions campaigns are considered oldschool (aka "OS"). These days, it takes a really good gold dual mod OS shield to have value. Purples typically don't sell. You just happen to have a purple with max mods (2^stance and Reduces Bleeding). My suggestion would be to merch or if you have a run/farm scenario that it may be helpful to use, may be one to hold onto.

From a possibility factor, in theory, Q8 inscripted magma and eternal shields can drop in blue only as the levels of the foes are too high for purple or gold, and can drop in any attribute that they would normally drop in (Magmas = Str only).
Someone may be able to confirm the current existence of a blue insc q8 com Eternal.

I am assuming you will get 1 plant fiber from salvaging this cute bow. If you have 9 more plant fibers, this one fiber would be worth 60g to the materials trader. Of course it cost you 4g for the salvage, so don't take any less than 65g for it! If by chance you get 2 plant fibers, don't take less than 130g, or blow this thing up with a M4M inscription, you may be talking it is worth like 5a

It will really depend on if you are looking for a specific skin and if the chances are higher in one place than another. However in general, I personally like the Mirror of Lyss. It has 5 chests, doesn’t take long to run, and there is a good variety of foes that allows a diversity in chest drops.

I had 5 of them drop so far over the past 7years. Even rarer is the 10-21 range. It applies to wands and staves alike. I just recently sold them in my thread

It appears that Kama, Embark, and a few others may be broken.
The tip I got from another player that worked for me is if you have a Char that was last in Kama AE1, and it is stuck at the loading screen, log into another char and move them to Kama International district. Then change your char to the one stuck and it should load you into Kama International.
A stack of ecto for blue q6 daggers? Seriously?
That honestly wouldn't surprise me, Q6 7-14 are hard to find, and a nice skin as well. There is an audience for low level daggers. It's amazing what people will pay for these. I can't say I am one of those buyers, but as long as there are buyers for these, I will keep on selling them
