Rarity of items doesn't always mean they have high trade value, however it doesn't mean that they are not collectable either.
There is an interest among some players to collect low level items, myself included. I generally look for items that have at max dmg for the req (sometimes 1 of dmg but with cool mods may find their way to the vault as well). For those who are not aware and interested, here is a running list of min/max dmg per req per weapon:

The enjoyment may be the hunt for a gold low level item, with max dmg, and good mods. This alone can be an adventure not necessarily easy.
You can get these items from foes, as well as for Prophecies, the Kyrtan chest can drop low level golds (I have never seen a q3 from this chest, Red Fireball may have more info on what "level" this chest is considered. if it is higher than 12, it may only drop Q4, or Q5+, I have seen some cool Q5 golds from this chest myself.
Q3s are definitely hard to find, I enjoy having several Kamas and my favorite is a Sickle (Crescent), even though it is clean (no inherent), still a gem in my opinion.

I 2nd Pleikki’s comment, although q3 is the lowest gold weapon, they are very rare to drop. You are more likely to see q4 and above.

Current Day Q8 Max Sword, Shield, and Focus is 276g for gold, and 138g for purples.
Prenerf Q8 max items varied with values higher than 276g just like Q9-Q13 items.

I knew it, I knew it. I am being trolled.
What I find cool about that axe is it is the lowest possible damage for an Axe that has DMG 6 as the lower limit, and just happens to be on a Plagueborn Axe, cool stuff!

I believe you have yourself there a Dye Remover, which is prenerf, removed from came back in 2006.

They are somewhat useless now but can be collectable. The market right now appears to be around 5a-10a, however please wait for someone else to verify price that may have recently bought or sold one.

Although I understand Pyro's personal preference to keep unid, id'ing it doesn't make it "valueless" as there are other people that may be interested. I am one of a few Q8 11-21 insc wand collectors and they can sell. They are not the easiest as their is a small audience but this skin is a little more common than others and would be potentially worth 25e-35e.
I would be interested in the Tattooed Scimitar as a collector of Q8 15-21, as a result, I can't pc to be fair but would guess I wouldn't be the only interest if it is posted.
The Flatbow would be tough to sell as Q8 14-27 is current day max for bows. I have a few Q8 14-26 I was considering putting on the market as well but honestly, it would be a miracle if they go fast.
