Agree with Pleikki on pc assessment, and nice bow. This is considered prenerf (hasn’t dropped since 2006). If you weren’t around back than, you had to have acquired it from another player.
Finding another sale for this skin and this mod (similar situation for most prenerf items), won’t be easy and if not within the last 6 months to a year, prices continue to change on a monthly basis. For items like this, it comes down to interest and how much someone is willing to pay. Avoid selling to private offers on PM as you may miss out on an opportunity for multiple bidders.
And just a friendly tip, take a look at the forum rules, you can’t respond to your own post in sell, buy or pc threads within 24 hours or it will be considered an early bump. Don’t want to see you get caught by the Legacy police

I think the responses has covered what my input would be (14-25 is current day max for Q7, Q8 15-28 exists but prenerf, Q7 14-27 pernerf bows do exist...)
I can see the benefits of it's use as Joker explained.
I am also one of a few collectors of max items for lower requirements so I know there is a collectable value as well. Generally Q7 14-25 15^50 can bring 30-50e depending on it's skin (I know some of you cringing saying "merch those", but some people collect things others don't).
Now on to the elephant in the room....Yes, this very interesting quote (yup, I am quoting you Coffee Man)…
I do recall that I've seen a q7 15-27 bow back in the days, but I can't seem to find that screenshot anywhere so I can't value it as a legit statement, just my memory until proven otherwise
I recently added a Q7 14-27 15^50 Celestial Longbow to my collection as a crossover between my Prenerf collection and current day Q7 14-25 bows.
With that being said...I would love to know more if the Q7 15-27 existed and if there are any screenshots out there? I am not looking to be a buyer cause I can understand this would be hard to part with, but just really curious on it's existence. So all of us oldschool folks, out to your historical screenshots we may have and let's share this beauty's existence......

Being one of those collectors (but not sure atm if I need a Crude), I can confirm that they can sell for 5e-15e depending on the skin, this one would be on the higher end of that scale.

Sorry, I probably should've provided this tip in my prior response. What you would need to do is for any that are +x with Health-xx, or +41 or +50, use a Perfect/Superior/or Export Salvage kit just to get the following screen, you won't have to actually merch it, just to see the actual rune. If any that are +3 and not gold, or +2 that are not Purple, are Prenerf. So basically if this screen shows that the rarity of the rune is not what it is today, it is prenerf. (This is example is not prenerf, just showing how you can see the rune without removing it)
Others may have more input on the topic.

I agree with OS T, if you provide screenshot of both the Armor Inventory Icon and it's description (you can do this without removing the rune from the armor), we can tell you if they are prenerf.
A few rules of thumb.
For the most part, but not limited to, Prenerf runes will have a different color/rarity and icon picture than they do today.
Here is one of mine, even though the +50HP itself still exists, this one is blue with the Common Rune Icon.
There are also some prenerf runes where the functionality or benefit of the rune/insignia no longer exists.
In all of these cases, if you do post them here for informational, fair warning that you may get offline offers for them that may or may not be low offers. Be aware these can be pretty valuable, however also takes a specific audience to be interested in them. If you post here and get confirmation if any are prenerf, you can then post in Price Check to get some input on them before you put them up for sale.

If you do post the flame artifact for sale, be sure to specify if it is the Flame or Eye skin. That will highly likely drive the interest level.
