I need a PC on a couple of Items

All non max items are merch. (Longsword, composit bow, sheild of the wing...)
Many items should go around 5-50e, wont go indetails.
However you have a very Nice ornate sheild here, the q9 perfect one.
XX arms for sure, but can't PC it precisely as i'm not an expert. I would say 15a or so, but yeah not sure at all :p
