WTB Prenerfs or Max q8's

Hello, everyone!

I recently started a very humble, yet all the same dear to me Personal Collection of Weapons and Shields. One thing I have yet to acquire at all, is a single Pre-Nerf item. Therefor, I am making this post in an attempt to find one!

Listed below are the things I am looking for:

#1 - Any Martials/Shields with Maximum Stats (Big Fan of Core Skins, but open to anything)
#2 - Open to Casters/Offhands (Other than shields)
#3 - Low Req would be amazing!!

Also looking for all of the above for Max Stats q8's - Do not have to be Pre Nerf

P.S. I can not afford any items worth XXX arms, my price range is in the XX arms region
