I'm sorry Mango, I should not have put a B/O and I should have handled it better. My decision was based off of Jolly being the first to make an offer, and the fact that he responded again nearly instantly after your offer. I'm new to this and putting a B/O just made things awkward and messy. I originally wanted to make the B/O 150a but that felt greedy. I'm sorry things played out that way, but a better offer is a better offer. I'll learn this and do things better next time.
