I would like to hear your opinion on these items, because even after doing some research, I'm not really sure of their current price or even what to do with this staff with two interesting mods.

Frog you can check kamadan trade chat.
Staff id salvage the mods and sell them. The insc can go for 10-20e and the wrap maybe 5-10e
