WTB +30 +10 vs element/physical or +30 +1 ele/mes 20% Plagueborn Shield and other faction shields

    Like the title says. The shield must be +30 health and +10 vs air/fire/earth/cold/slashing/piercing/blunt or +1 (20%) fire/air or domination.
    This picture is to give example of mods, any req will do although I prefer a req 9 tactic shield and must be oldschool.
