I recently sold a ghostly q9 DF HCT heal 20% for 100a.

Prot is more valuable.

Not sure if the gv would change something

pretty cool one imo, gv will add some extra value to it imo and will also make this much easier to sell id say. If u intent to sell id recommend you to auction it.
