Everlasting Mischievous Tonic

Checked the minipet/everlasting tonic thread here, didn't tell me much. Does El Mischievous have a set price / price range, don't see too many of em floating around, or is it pretty much whatever someone is willing to pay for it? Any help is greatly appreciated
