10. what skin is it? if regular flame artifact maybe like 1-2a? if not quite alot more imo

13. 5-25e, with some luck a bit more

23. MAYBE 5-25e to a collector
give greens to heros or what ever, rest id merch
I agree on the greens (the spear is a good hero spear! and Zhed would appreciate #1) 24 might get you a couple of plat for the skin. and the mod on 27 you could slap on a better wand.
