I am trying to fulfill an odd niche in my player arsenal on some of my characters.
As the title says I am looking for inscription slotted chaos wands.
Explicitly Requirement 0
The wand must meet or exceed 7-11 damage (I wont hold my breath for higher).

I could be persuaded to look at requirement 3 but with caveats:
The requirement 3 is Gold max ratio.
The old school rando-roll bonus' are ideal.
OS Canes that are dual modded within this niche are also of interest!
If the cane is in pre-searing, please keep it there! I have great interest in one there as well.
