A quick PC on this axe please. I´m not sure if its worth anything, but I think the possible dual vamp is kind of rare.
Req 9 hand axe +15%dmg -1 health regeneration

That's pretty sweet and it is worth something. There are two types of Hand Axe skins, Canthan and Tyrian. I would check to see which yours is before selling.
If it's Tyrian, at least 100e.
If it's Canthan, you'll probably get more.
Wait for more opinions.
