best bet is to just put it in sale thread and see activity. I think that the strength requirement will make it have not as much interest.
I've had a q8tac dual mod purp plagueborn shield with very little interest in bids (+46hp-hex, -5dmg(18%)). Think I've only gotten a single bidder for 20e on it in over 2-3weeks or so.
