gold rarity its X to low XX arms, blue its a lot more common to see so maybe a few ectos, its not a hard sell usually

I've been playing on and off for a while and I had this on my monk for PvP that I'm not using anymore (because pvp's dead rip), I remember it being useful for the 8 tactics, is it still worth anything?
