Hi! I am a returning player that wants to fulfill his childhood dream of wearing an obsidian armor

In my stash I have a 15-28 Stormbow req.8, with 17% below 50, vamp 5/1 and +30hp.

I know that the 17/50 might lower the worth, but I thought the stormbow skin and max dmg req.8 could still be worth a bit.
