Hello everyone,
I'm a little frustrated. I wanted to recover my old account too. I sent an email to ‘[email protected]’ requesting this. I included the serial numbers of the acitvated games, character name, even photos of the physical boxes... everything.
Apart from the automatic email saying “Thank you for contacting us...”, I haven't heard anything for over a week.I noticed that the automatic email reply came from Guild Wars 2 Support <[email protected]>. Did I do something wrong? Or is there anything else I can do?
The only thing that might be a problem is that I didn't write from the email address that was originally used to create the account. Unfortunately, I can no longer send anything from that address.
