Anyone got a decent MM build for Devona in pre? I've got all the skill unlock packs. Or recommend another build for soloing the dungeon easily?

Hello! My girlfriend just recently started playing Guild Wars and made a Monk/Mesmer that she plans to keep in pre-searing and we have no idea what build to use for it. Would anyone be able to suggest a build, including skills, attribute points, runes, insignias, and weapon(s)? Again, this is a pre-searing character. Any and all replies are much appreciated! =]
