Did they nerf the drop rate of eblades? Had two when I first ran the dungeon and now nothing 150 runs later ?
Dungeon chests are often pretty generous to first timers, average drop quality falls hard afterward.

Your single best hit is surely Q9 CC Dom, worth 30a-ish. Rest is merch/salvage/self-use, not really worth the time selling.

Are there case where one would need more than one anniversary weapon or are there other reasons to get more Proofs of Legend?
If you don't mind the grind you could get a few extra weapons for heroes (personally considering getting a few FC shields for mesmers atm).
