Farm that loot chest thats where that one dropped I was level 16 but was helping a level 10 so the quest was level 10. All the loot I have seen have inscriptions too

I see others being sold as well someone was selling a sword with +5 spawning power on it

I did sell it. Not sure of its real value since I do see others being sold just not the price.
