if you open conversations and click the top check box on the left to highlight all the boxes, a box pops up bottom right, click conversations and click, i think its "remove" and itll remove 10 at a time (a page)

so i had 22 pages of conversations, so i went through and deleted them, tried to pm the member and they too have too many conversations so i cant create a conversation after doing all that
