Diamond aegis does not exists in INSCRIBABLE AND STRENGHT, it exists in strenght only in cantha so not inscribable.
If you want a q8 tactic inscribable, feel free to pm me an offer (but it will be expensive) in arms or items.
If you want a q8 str NO INSCR i can check what i have but this wont be perfect and no inscribable.

glitch drop like those 3 statted items
I think i know all the source from glitched or fancy / prenerf items, unless those i kept in my inventory to check (like the purple eshield i tried to sell for example). And as far i know q7 crysta were from the introduction of them to now, capped at dmg 14-20, even with prenerf stat due to unid level.
Those 3 statted items is a well known and explained bug. Like uncond is, as an example. Q7 15-22 crys are not in the library.

you probably missremember exactly, because due to timing and algorythm, there was no Q7 crysta, never. There was some q7 non max, but no 15-22, it was mathematically impossible.
this skin seems to still have a limitation on 15 - 1 too (that's not normal)

Why isnt there a thread dedicated to who's who on Legacy.
Because it's against the law. (at least in EU and US, and probably 60% of countries over the world)
Given the risk this thread poses, I prefer to lock it until there is a discussion among the moderators.
Obviously, both botting and RMT are strictly prohibited on Legacy, but that doesn't mean we can do whatever we want; we must not break the rules.
I am not a moderator myself; the final decision will be made by them as soon as possible.

I did a box in test env for now (design will match other box in prod, don't worry ;x)

They means to test the full mods and use it for +5 20% without having to id it. You cannot add the 20% if its unid.
