Hello, I also had this problem. Seems like since the update added a hard cap at 180 FPS, this is causing problems. I changed my "Frame Limiter" setting (under the Graphics tab) from "None" to "Monitor Refresh Rate" and everything seems back to normal! exciting! but no more bajillion fps 8D

I have the same issues, but for me it works on a different thing. I need to limit the framerates at 60fps. My 240hz monitor works better like that and in the past I never had a such problem (I never limited my fps before with the same monitor)
It's kinda weird.
I've got the same issue. I've had to reduce my graphics to 60fps instead of using monitor refresh (240). I don't have the skipping issue, but 180 is an odd number. Not sure why 240 wasn't considered an option.
