Req7/8 max items and generally anything prenerf (items that can‘t drop anymore today, like 12/13% inherent mods on gold weapons for example) will attract a lot of interest and sell quick.

Could see this go 6-700 even, just because the skin is really wanted. -
mixed attributes are generally unwanted (expect for some, like spawn/resto or spawn/chan for rit).
Would estimate it to be somewhere in the low x - xx ecto range at best.

inscr leadership shields are pretty rare and should give you at least 3-5a no matter the skin/high req.
The clean GV might have a small impact, even though most people I know that are after the x00g items also tend to prefer req8/9 to make the item appear more "perfect". So I doubt this will get more than 5a tbh.cheers

Honestly Bad Skin q13 -3/10 Skele would be something Id give to the Merchant. So if you offered anything more than the 300g he‘d give me I‘d be happy to help.
Unfortunately I don’t have such a Shield for you right now. But it should be really cheap imo -
