found this on a storage account and was wondering if this is rare?
Don't really remember when or where I picked that up, but I think this is the minimum ar for blue shields in blue, right?
I don't think I've seen many like that, but maybe I just don't even realize cause I don't really look at early leven blues anyway.
Plus what also bugs me is that I don't even know if that skin comes from early levels? wiki says it comes only from higher level areas like the Desolation / Real of Torment...
TLDR: I'm honestly lost if this is something special (because of the specific skin/low ar+inscr) or if I can just throw it away...
