If youre going to level an accusation at someone you had better have PROOF to substantiate that accusation. Not just lazily pointing a finger. Anyone moron can do that and it doesn't mean shit.

This collection is fucking awesome! Don't get me wrong Q8/7 weapons and prenerf stuff are awesome. However, this sort of thing is what I want my collection to be. So far I just have charr carvings and skins but this post has inspired me to expand that collection

I wish you would put the same effort in doing helpful drop research, as this threads original purpose demands, instead of investing your already limited mental capacity in sherlock holmes screenshot-analyses.
Unless other players on this forum, members of my guild and myself want to positively contribute to this community and want to lead with good example.
To really add further value to this thread, I can confirm that the glacial blade drops by summit or in locked chests near summits.
I am sure that this will be confirmed by more players in the future, so that also the last haters and doubters will recognize that senpai Hate Core was once again right in his eternal wisdom. (just kidding I also had wrong ideas with e.g. ice imps).
A further location that I can confirm for the glacial blade is a locked chest in Vloxen Excavations dungeon.
There's 12 pages of people reporting drops and like 2 or 3 comments doubting Hate Cores comment.
I think youre being a little dramatic with that first paragraph.

Someone opened like 500 z chests and didn't get a single new drop. Doesn't mean they can't drop there but it doesn't seem hopeful.

I guess yours would fetch 100e +? Thats what I'd pay if I had the liquid assets right now
