For those unfamiliar with what makes These prenerf - what are the signs you are looking for?
For swords:
It seems to me that beyond 284 gold, the Q8s are pre-nerfed (not 100% sure about the exact value, but close to within a few gold).
For stuff under this gold value, depends skin (q8 gold shadow blade doesn't drop anymore as i know)
