All the best collections have a theme. Particular mods, a certain skin, from one campaign, pre-nerf etc.

Hi guys.
So I have never been much of a pre-searing player, and seeing as I have an undedicated Grawl miniature in pre-searing that’s not really getting used, and considering that I can use the proceeds from its sale to fund other things, I am prepared to sell it for the right offer. Seems like a no-brainer to me.
I will sell it to the highest bidder after a week or two.
I have already received a few offers by private message, so I will start the bidding here (and cross-posted on Pre-Searing Community) with a current offer of 330a.

OK, you're right. That was an easy choice, but I'll show you my workings, explaining how i arrived at that decision.
For me, I'm in a somewhat unique position. Virtually all of my collection poses very serious questions on making a functioning build when using them. For example, these are representative of most of my shields:
Tactics, Stance and Enchanted generally don't go well together, and making a decent build that uses all three is tricky, especially when there are better options.
And then there are the Strength versions:
The shields with -3(10%) (or variants) are an obvious choice for me when using strength and stance, especially when using the serpent axe.
But even those have only one real application - a stance warrior. And don’t get me started on my stance/hexed shields......
Which proved to be useless during a recent WAMMO run, where I wanted to use enchantments and a +5e sword. And having only one meant I had to borrow a monk set from EK, just for the sake of variety. So he lent me an ench magmas shield and a Katana:
So for me, the dilemma is painfully real. I had to borrow a set to make any sort of attempt at a decent build that wasn't just strength and stance.
Although I do acknowledge that these are particularly irrelevant first world problems when it comes to owning such items. For me, rarity and collectibility comes before usability and function. And the mag / serpent set is so earth shattering, its worth posting every chance I get

Yep. Stance wins every time, especially with strength.
And access to a certain grade of weapon/ shield combination means one can do this :
And despite my swords, for me, when it comes to aesthetics, this old school look is always a winner.

Most is junk. But occasionally you get a real gem. Drop a r9 +30 -2/stance magmas and you’re into the hundreds of armbraces. Same goes for a r8/16 tactics darkwing. As I said, read this entire section carefully.

Get to know who the trustworthy and reputable collectors and traders are by reading the Xunlai section on this website thoroughly.
Asking a non-qualified random what your stuff is worth can easily end up with you selling yourself short and the guy who “advised” you that an item is only 10e may potentially make hundreds of armbraces profit from misleading you. Ask in the price check section - don’t be afraid to put into all up in your thread. Anything of value will attract interest pretty quickly.
Take your time, don’t rush and get a feel for who to trust, and what is generally desirable.

Yep. That’s the dream. Never seems to happen to the collectors they end up with though.
Every one of the awesome treasures we collectors collected was identified by someone else. Imagine being the one to identify the r8 +45-2 stance Mag, or a r7/16 bladed shield.... I think I’d fall off my chair.

As the others have said, if that bow is real, it’s literally one of the finest items in existence. I have never seen a max r7 bow. And that makes me suspect it’s not real. You’re going to need to prove that exists by showing it to one of the collecting community who can vouch for its existence.
Many times people have asked for values on fake items, many times this knowledgeable little bunch of experts has disproven its existence. The ball is back n your court now.

I, personally love the skin of Crystalline Swords.
I like collecting them and i really dont care more for the ultra rare ones.
I simply love 'em.
And that is all you need to collect stuff. It doesn’t matter if you collect impossibly rare items that are impossible to acquire or imperfect purple stuff that drops everywhere all the time. What matters is the journey that all collectors travel. The people you meet, the knowledge you acquire and of course the chase. It’s all about the chase to find the one you need.
Enjoy the journey, it’s one of the mostawesomest (new word - heard it here first) things this amazing game has to offer.

Lol glazen didnt bought it for rl cash. Every1 know that sword is from dwa(who bought it from cracky)
totally wrong. Mine came from Cracky. I know this because I personally traded hundreds of hard earned armbraces for it to “Cracky Iol”, Cracky’s IGN. Kromp traded a bunch of amazingly rare items for his to Glazen, who previously paid dollars for it.
Neither of the current owners paid dollars.
There has always been rumours around Dwa’s hacking, and how Glazen acquired it so quickly after the hack. Quite simply because those responsible don’t talk about it. Either way, this is the known timeline of Kromp’s sword:
Teal Dawn -> Dwa -> [hacked] -> Glazen -> Kromp. It may (or may not) have been sold for real money at three separate points on that timeline, but the transaction from Glazen to Kromp was NOT one of them. Kromp acquired it legitimately, and without using a credit card to fund it.
This all reeks of jealousy from those who will never own such an item and therefore look to attack the reputations of those who can.

wrong on every single count. This r13 +5e came from Cracky and was paid for with armbraces earned through trading. Search up the guru archive to see his sell thread.
Jealousy causes people to make false claims when their own achievements pale into insignificance compared to the achievements they’re whinging about.
For the record, there are two r13+5e crystallines known to exist, both with identical gold values. There’s another thread in the guru archives about precisely that. You’d probably look a little less ignorant if you’d done some research and asked around before making false statements.

I wonder if a demonstration would help here.
Try making another identical collection like this, and then see if these swords are still any less desirable than other skins mentioned.
I would suggest that even the top of the range company cars don’t come anywhere close to these in this analogy. These are the Chirons. The Californias. The top of the food chain for that skin.

Very old. Very nice. Very rare. Very pre-nerf. Hasn’t dropped since 2006.
And quite valuable.
It has collector value for sure. I’d suggest 50a should be achievable. But the thing with items this rare is that it’s impossible to predict the effect a bid war will have on the price.
One thing I know for sure - do NOT sell it ingame or to private offers. You’ll rip yourself off spectacularly as the low ballers will try to snipe it and then to sell it on for a considerable profit.
Be aware that even though you have a very desirable shield there, the eternal shield is one of the more common shields with those mods.
