Prepaid for about 15 VQ's, did them all while I slept. Then prepaid for I think ~20 HM missions.. This took a few days but I really didn't care.
Good runner - would recommend.

Pretty sure it's the member and/or officer with greatest seniority. Maybe the earliest member made officer among the others before being member again. It's something similar to 1 or the other. I had this problem too but never cared enough to investigate it thoroughly.
