Many moons ago, a friend let me know about an amazing, Q7 Golden Chalice that one of his friends owned.
I got into contact with that friend, and we talked about items for a while. He explained the chalice didn't really fit into his collection, but he had had the item forever and it was pretty special. I showed him my stuff, we talked, and after a while I had to go soon. Before I did, he did something amazing . . . He GAVE me the item.
I offered to pay, but he refused, saying it deserved to be part of a good home. The crazy thing is that just a few weeks later, someone (a person on guru that I, probably very annoyingly, PMd a bunch of times about selling) agreed to sell me a second Q7 Golden Chalice, with nearly matching stats and an identical gold value of 136. He let it go for a fraction of what it was worth, again reasoning it deserved to be with its sister chalice.
These are two of the most unique items I own, and it feels almost impossible to split them up. That being said, if I truly had to choose one, I would pickthe +5/-20 one because it visually matches my triplemod wand.

The chalice is nice too. Only way to know how much people might want is to put it on auction.

The Q8 hammer is legit. It has been seen in game and has a Fiery mod. Not sure about Fellblade but that seems less likely.

Effigies are slightly more common as Bradols notes. That being said, not sure that I’ve ever seen a matching 20/20 Paper Fan. . .
If we’re talking offhand Gutemuh’s Q7 Water Plagueborn has to be the tops. Someone have a picture ?

I think my answer for this is a Q8 20/20 Dragon's Breath Wand . . . I'll probably never find it, but who knows.

Not sure about the Mesmer one, but I custo’d my Q12 Fire Wand because I don’t ever want it to be fungible (or for anyone else to have it).
Believe me I get a lot of flak for my custo crimes from my guildies.
