Closesr to 30-50a imo. I sold a air one with same stats for 30a 5 months ago. Of course might be less cause Death, but 10a def low.

Well the 12% stance makes it pre-nerf, it’s one of the best/wanted skins in the game.
Not the most sought after mod unless you find someone stacking the 12-15% but depending on interest I would wager, since arms are 50e right now, that this is at least 20a.
My gut says it could be a lot more though. Wait for other opinions or just put it up for auction.

He’s right about the Mursaat and BDS. I think 2a is a bit high for the blue chakram. Usually gold insc Q8 offhands go for 1-2a.
Not sure about the tribal but my gut says that nothing Q10 insc that isn’t an “ultra rare” skin is even in the ballpark of 4-5a. I would wait for more opinions I guess.

Frankly I’ve said it once and will say it again—the best part about this game is the community. Unfortunately it is also the worst part.
Cheating, botting, gold farming, rl cash transactions have all done a lot of hurt this game.
But they haven’t killed it—and they won’t until A Net shuts down the servers.
Fundamentally people play this game because they love it, because Arena Net made so many beautiful mistakes in itemization, because it symbolizes the best in what gaming could be, was and is.
I think Necro’s thread here, and his earlier post, is testament to this. Where else can you find a decade+ old game so hotly debated, actively discussed, lived and remembered by its community so brightly? I would defy you to find another example. This game is an example of love and dedication that makes me smile. Hell, it’s even brought me to tears before.
I know this is sappy, but keep chasing your item dreams, grinding your GWAMMs, whatever it is that makes you happy. This game’s community (which I think emerges from its wonky and awesome itemization) is something special that I doubt will ever be replicated in a game going forward.

I tend to agree with Ikki, even if he's slightly on the high end. I've sold 10/+5e's for 8-10a before. Granted for different reqs, but I don't think he's off base. With time and interest I do not see why 15a wouldn't be possible.
The idea that Kromp (or Kabong) would have to use real life money to buy items is beyond hilarious to me

I didn’t miss it! I just think Crystas are a different story. They’re stillan order of magnitude more sought after than the others.
The importance of these relics should not be forgotten or undervalued despite the presence of innumerable poor imitations.
Frankly, can’t that be said about Dwarvens (which have a shitty inscr version) or Serpent axes (which have a shitty Canthan version)?
A lot of the ultra rares have been mass produced in that way. Something distinguished Crystas to make them the benchmark / “go-to” for the moneyed, both old and new. The difference is, and the fact remains, that Crystas were the most popular and attainable of the ultra rares (both back then and now) and the most obvious outward indicator of wealth and skill (given their attachment to the PvP success.)

Anyway—my point was that he mentioned that where he is from you can get a luxury car without having to pay for it. I think most peopl would definitely love a free BMW or Audi. It was a cheekish bit of fun. And, as Cosy mentioned it’s definitely not commonplace in USA.
I disagree about the BMW statement, most luxury cars including bmw, mercedes, audi, tesla, porsche and so on, are just company cars (at least where I live), therefore we don't pay anything to drive them.

I think comparing BMW and crysta works because, like BMW, also crysta, majority of ppl hate them and couldnt care less what kind of BMW or special edition someone has they just think its ugly car, only among the BMW collectors ppl care about those rare ones or which one they are while others couldnt care less ;D

Agreed. My point was mainly to show that at the lower end crystas are still an enormous status symbol despite having a low time and entry cost compared to rarer niche items.
One crysta does not a collector make. The same can’t be said about a Swamp club though.
And of course all those goes out the window for things like Q8s (including purples), certain perfect mods, and +5es.
The BMW analogy is most apt. Crystalline swords are the quintessential example of rarity not pushing price.
Just look at Wands/Offhands for example. A rare skin 20/20 fully matching wand may not even exist, but even if it did it would likely not fetch the price of even a decent Q9 Crysta, which is many times over less rare. And don’t even bring up Q8, Q7 and other prenerf caster stuff, which just gets exponentially more rare. The same can be said about non-dropping limited quantity items like Swamp Clubs or Q7.
The reality in GW is that the “rarest” items will never generate enough demand to be the most expensive or sought after, simply because it takes way less time or effort to get it. Crystas are easy to get if you have money because there are lots out there and they are more or less fungible for the purposes of financing other trades.
Kromp’s analogy is very apt.

Curious what is with the gold value comments. Is it because it’s an axe? I have max Q7s which are all 130ish gold. I don’t know much about prenerf martial weapons.
Anyhow as most have said that axe is fake until proven real. If real I would love to see though
