I completely agree with Pleikki and Joker Collectors only want q9's nowadays. Another issue with this staff is the skin, Outcast seem extremely difficult to sell even in Q9 along with Plagueborn Staves. Either way it's a nice drop.
P.S. I sold my Q10 Smite Outcast 20/20 for 50e. And it took some time to sell even. Obviously Dom is a better attribute and more sought-after. So maybe you can push to 100e if you're lucky
