As mentioned in the title and shown in the pic:

Celestial Shield
Armor: 16 (Requires 7 Tactics)
Armor +10 (vs. Piercing damage)
Received physical damage -2 (while in a Stance)
Value: more than 188 gold... especially since it is perfect and these no longer drop. Used to do solo cave with it, but nowadays I'd rather have a few stacks of arms.
