due to the lack of dragons in the game this isnt a set i use commonly, but its nevertheless one i hold very high on the list:
it combines two of my main kinks: items with funny numbers and shields with just a little less hp than many of you guys have on yours 
this only happens for os shields. i would think those just come with random mods from the overall pool, so every dual mod shield has a decent chance to be "dual inscription" (noone else ever calls them that tho). as for the value, agree with chevy

100% agree with purely. water staff depends on skin a bit (i tried to see something in the screenshot but was unable to, enlighten us?)
as purely said, q9 15% could be decently expensive (as far as q9s go anyways). this, however is q10 AND 14%. id say 15e is a bit low, 25-30 is closer
impossible to price imo. might just be poster above me interested, might be more. totally depends on those select people. s/b 30-50e sounds fair to me

Agree on mirror of lyss. this is the route i usually take, goes past most chest spawns (sorry for bad image and paint skills just quickly did this to show where to go)
