you can't dialog if you are not next to the npc as far as i know

It was already known & listed on the forum (click me) that we could get q8 from the quest missing daughter (wiki link to quest)
I've tried it, and even with heroes speed boosting, i can't go under 1min30s (path + wait for them to kill npcs, get ench, flag heroes out of range & kill)(missing some q9 tact 10demons +30hp, hope they get some so i can buy them)
