The Wiki has Eternals dropping in Urgoz? Is this true? And if so, would that make it possible?

1. I wanted to know where, and how, to get shields with +AR vs Demons (Area, Method, HM/NM?)
2. Also, is there somewhere that can drop Q8 shields with this?
