I was curious why some El Tonics don't stack. Is it possible that some El Tonics are some form of pre-nerf that no longer drop from bday presents?
As you can see in this GIF I have 5 Everlasting Melonni Tonics. There is a stack of 2 and a stack of 3 and they cannot combine. Its like they are actually 2 different items.
