Oh thank you so much for your answer ! So there's a thing with the bow, it seems like I can recycle the mods so maybe I can mod it too? Would it make its price go up?

Hey guys,
I would like a PC on these 2 very old items that I've had in my inventory for 12 years or so ... They are Q8 and OS but have no inscription stats (I think inscriptions were not even a thing back then) so I think it's trash but I would like to make sure it is not worth anything before selling it to NPC. They might have some value as old items?
