If this annoys you then keep in mind that keeping a Botarmy alive and harvesting it requires:
A. A lot of knowledge in IT-Field
B. A lot of time effort
So this leaves us with the conclusion that these individuals won't have a active social live, wife , kids , house , job , etc.
Since We ( the GW players ) most likely aren't 14yo this means not something to be glorified and rather be something to fell pity about.
Being annoyed over pixels is something my teenage-self would be. Let's be honest we are all grey haired or bald man sweeping in our nostalgia by playing GW. And a part of growing up is recognizing that your idols may be not what you thought they would be.
Logging in and feeling REAL joy playing with your minimal sparetime your real-life gives you is something that has a value of infinite arms 🤎 I leave all the q7/8 treasure to other people but no one can take that feeling from me.

You can't change it. The only thing you can change is how you view the game yourself. I understand that it frustrates you ( and many others as well).
Personally I really enjoy the new reforged updates , the pace they are doing it and the kind of new content we got we couldn't even have dreamed of 5years ago. People would have called you nuts if you predicted/wished half the Things we actually got so far. The game is alive and kicking,PvP back active and many Guilds + PvE stuff and that's something no arms can buy.
Players are the most valuable "item" in the game.
My suggestion:
Love the game 💕 hate the botters 🤖 but don't be mad 😊

(Following statements are regarding still drop able items and no Pre-nerf , triple mod or Uncond level of anomaly items)
If there is a focus with one req lower and the same energy. The 7/11 is not the maximum you can squeeze out of the item since for 1 req lower you get the same energy. Wich makes a 7/11 one off in my book.
Other item poster is a q6 focus but with 10 energy wich can come with 11 energy so it for me also would be a 1 off maximum possible.
Following example is Hypothetical:
Let's say a shield exists with 14 max armor in req 6 and with 14 max armor in req 7. Both are the max that is possible armor wise but the req 7 doesn't feel true max due to the overshadowing of the q6 with the same armor while 1 req lower.
Does this makes sense so far to anybody or am I getting mocked again for Number-Copium and sniffing to much cleaning detergents 🤣🤣

The Ench is a nice flex option since it opens up an elite slot removing Remedy. The upside of the Ench indeed is that it's on cast and not on attack/DMG receive only.
Maybe expel hexes since it doesn't need more attributes spread for hex heavy areas. It gives some room for tinkering again and the bar you end overall looks pretty straight forward in terms of attributes as well*
*Xanders specialty is like spreading into 5 different attributes to synergize like no one else would comprehend. 😂
He notoriously hates ST Ritus and 12/12 Attribute skill trees 😂
I so far play the new Pokeway and really enjoy it's AoE and single target power as well as the sustainability and stability running even HM (without consent also)
Everyone joining in the Pokey-Path and tweaking/tinkering/improving will just make it more refined 🙏🏻

DPS tho and it's always flat amount DMG while xin reas is up to DMG Amount of the receiver. Since we have lots of DMG reducing the DPS wouldn't be as good and it costs 5 mana while remedy is 3 mana now. That makes it way more spamable. Hence more DPS. Also its occupies only one slot and we only need the Cond Remove the upside ( max DMG reduce) of xin reas is not really useful in the Paraway.
Still your suggestion is really nice it unfortunately doesn't fit the Paraway as good once you dive into the details.
Maybe you have a good (Elite)Weapon choice to pair your suggested skill with and it may improve the way.
But keep in mind Enches are still vulnerable to removes wich remedy also isn't and from my point of view the para ways big strength is not relying to much on enches/stances ( removable Conditions) since shouts and weapons can't be efficiently removed by foes.

I got a side collection of 60hex -2wS. And I only save these from merch.
It's basically a take what you can get shield.
Or keeping it is also a viable option maybe you start a 60-2wE collection.
That's how I started I didn't wanted to merch a Plagueborn shield with the 60-2wS mods and so I started a little ( cheap) side project to gather epic skins like SWS, Zodiac shields etc.
Collection is about fun not price. So maybe start today 😃👍🏻

It's the customization that gives+20% flat. You can only use the weapon in that character from that point and it costs 20g at a weaponsmith.

Since it's custom I would not sell personally since roughly 90% of the value is gone due to custo for other players and for you it has 120% value 😁
