From where I stand this is hero/merch food since all inscriptions except for a few in skins that arent in demand .

#1. is the best to me , but the +15% -5 NRG kills it excpet for collectors looking to finish a collection. 1-5 e.

#4. Celestial skins other than CC just dont seem to be in any sort of demand 1-5e

My 2cents , which means nothing, going on three weeks and any collectors would have chimed in on something they wanted by now.
