Where? I got a white one the other day but those mobs were lvl 22 in NM
Mirror of Lyss, outside of Dzagonur Bastion. There are groups of elementals consisting of one Djinn + three Roaring Ether. Two Roaring Ether are lvl 20.
Edit: looks like if there are 2 Djinns both Roaring Ether are lvl 24 and only one lvl 20 Roaring Ether in the first group

i would say farming nick sets with ritu is the best way to make money. In august 2020 i started the game with a fresh account and got myself around 750e in the first months with farming them. Never did uw with ritu so i dont really know how it compares to nick set farming. Gl
