I didnt say you should write a guide. I just said you should make some research on your own before screaming for 100% perfect guides that serve all solutions on a silver plate.

Well you make it yourself a bit easy to just say someone should write a guide on a matter.
If you would apply this to all subjects and issues in your life, instead of investing some time, effort and willingness yourself to really understand the root of the cause: then I am sorry for the people/friends/family/colleagues around you.

Whatever is pre-nerf holds value guaranteed.
Postnerf is a more difficult story, here more depending on skin rarity and usefulness (stats).

The shield is one off on mod and rather common skin.

If the person want to spent alot of xxa not mean the item is expensive.
Take a consideration also, q9 tactic is only worth for pvp, you no see any ppl running second class war just to use the tactic for 16 in armor.
there are alot of ppl just love to speculate items to increase their prices just to make profit even RMT.
Sure because RMT and postnerf undead shields are common practice...
And btw since when is value only defined by its use. This shield is rare and highly collectable as q9. That defines the price at first hand, not the actual use.
