well, sad that it is 20/19 and spawning.
The downside with spawning is that it is the only rit attri an inscr version exists, too which makes 20/19 less desirable and thus low xxe, if someone wants to save it from your bro.
Trivia: spawning and DF are the only two attributes on zodiac staff that have both inscr & OS version.

I think one off on req is a killer. And demons/ench is always to be evaluated less than hp mods by any means.
I think only an auction will tell and we all know that with interest of 2+ parties the worth of an item is suddenly overpaid.
