20a seems a bit low for such a rare and wanted shield, I think 30-40a range seems reasonable. Then again depends on how many people interested.

Q9 Tac -2we/+30 might be around 50a , a q9 Tac -2ws/+30 would be around the 15a range so yours i would say maybe around the 2-3a range.

I can see this shield around the 100-125a range, considering its a perfect q8 dual mod. I do believe it would be way more if it was a better skin or a str shield with same mods.
