Just the usual luck when u drop someting even remotely cool its nonmax, same happened yday with dropping q9 20% HCT Channeling staff, ofc it had 19HSR inherent.

Rly excited got my new staff + modded it properly!
Amazed i was able to find the matching mods for this staff so quickly, usually finding some specific odd mods take months if ever find them (searched some years allready..)
So here it is! one of the coolest odd staffs i got for sure! Modded how it should xD
