Considering last q8 15stance sold for just slight above 1ka, and another perfect q8 15vs hex sold for 760a or someting few months ago and after that it was for sale without receiving huge offers in legacy, i dont see this one going above 500a.
But as said above, post for sale if its going for sale, only way to really find out.

Well there are only like 10-20 skins inscriable that are worth much of anything in q9-13, so you can just note the skins and u dont need to ask PC's its pretty easy to remember in the end.
OS, For wands,offhands,shields & staffs safe is get PC for anything (dual mod for shield wands, offhands, single mods are worthless)
Martial weapons only q9 can be worth anything basically. q9 +5e and 15^50 are the mods that sell, and sometimes there are collectors hunting other perfect mods q9 for 1-3e/each or someting. -
OS wands, shields and offhands cannot be modded at all so you cant add prefix or suffix to them, thats why good ones are also rare and worth alot because dropping one with 2 perfect mods is very hard.
Req is important, for those OS wands, staffs, shields & Staffs even q10+ can be worth someting, but when it comes to inscriable basically anything q10+ is worthless unless its one of the rarest skins, and even with OS items price drop from q9->q10 is usually huge.
And yes exacly as u said, mods doesnt matter for insc items as you can mod them, only skin and req does.

Basically yes, with OS items they need to be perfect 99% of the time, rarer skins might be worth some even with worse mods, but for core skins the price drops to fraction even with 1 pt off

Okay, quick follow up. I pulled both of these off sales threads and they were going far big bucks. These are exactly the kind of things I’d have probably just thrown away and have probably done so in the past.
What’s about these jumps out to people and says “Wow! That’s worth a lot!”? They’re common skins (I think), so it just the q7 and q9? I’m guessing they’re OS as it doesn’t say anything about an inscription so is it that any the fact that it has two perfect mods? What’s so desirable about these?
Q7 is prenerf and havent dropped since 2006, so any max q7 items sell for someting even if white. Same applies to anything prenerf that no longer drop basically.
For shield, its common skin but as said above, when its OS aka non inscriable, even common skins can be worth even hundreds armbraces.
For this particular shield its because of the Demon mod, DoA players need Demon shields and they pay alot for them. -

Well for simple guidance, Dungeon / Elite area end chests may drop some rare inscriable weapons, inscriable weapons dropped from normal foes or chests are worthless 99% unless it is q8. Max q8 drops from some nm chests and lvl 17-21 Foes.
For OS items its bit different, in tyria/cantha u can basically drop 3 digit armbrace item anywhere in the game, Any good dual mod wands, offhands, shields & some staffs can be very valuable and they can drop anywhere. Martial weapons (Axes, swords, hammers etc.) are rarely worth much (Except those max q8s, only q8 swords drop thesedays from martial weapons)
Hope it helps a little, you can find list of rare inscriable skins somewhere probably

One dream came true now, i was able to finish this set of every Canthan sword in q8 15^50! Canthan skins allways been my favorites so couldn't be more happy to achieve this milestone in my q8 15^50 collection!
Thanks to everyone who've sold me some of these or otherwise helped me during these 5 years i have been building this set! Many great stories behind some of the swords and great friendships!

only comparable thing in recent memory was a q9 +30 -5(20) sws that pleikki bought off the forum for 60a with no other competing bids i believe a few months ago. So around there most likely.
It was 82a paid, (RE: Dash's Small Batch Item Shop - OS Summit Warlord Shield r9 -5/20/30hp, tri-skill Chakram, and other OS things) which was bargain and after that i bought q9 30/2e SWS here in legacy for bit above 100a here RE: CLOSED
Anyhow im not expert on 45/10 combos, never collected or traded with them, but first though when saw it was that id personally be happy if got 20-30a for it, more than that with bdiwar could be possible too ofc! I dont know how many are buying combos like this! -

With risen amount of shields for sale i updated shield section so its in two parts now, q8 shields and other shields! With this update i also added dozen of new shields!!
Prices and c/os also were reseted with this.
(hmm is this now 24h or 23h bump with clock change :D)

Yes, if it was up to me i would ban everyone using toolbox and that would include 90% of players from my friends and guild, and ppl know my feeling about it.
I dont in otherhand think ppl should be crusified for their actions by me or other players, i think that everyone has a right to play the game as they want and accept the possible penalties from anet or who ever made the rules.
im friends with ppl who used bots and ppl who used toolbox and probably anything, theyre friends because theyre nice persons and they know i might not like what they do, i accept their way to play and same time id ban every of them. In Yojis case, hes been friend of mine for long time, never lied but hes honest and nice guy to me and i got no reason not to belive what he says. He says he doesnt bot then thats it. period.I've been myself too in situation when i had all the time in world and ran hundreds of chests a day, thousand in a week so i got no reason belive its not possible either.
Witch hunts like these dont serve purpose to me, and its for a fact that moderators neither can have resources to do stuff like that, and they shouldnt.I dont think things like these should be promoted either, but selling items via forums etc allways been possible, you never can know whats botted even if u think someting is it might not be and vise versa, noneone can really know for sure.
