Hey Red,
I think low req Paragon Shields in General have no real purpose except collecting. So although 5/13 tac shields have purpose for pvp - mot shields wont.
In general Gold q8/16 Mot Shields go for 2-3a. So i think a q5/13 will have a bit less value then the q8/16. (and if you ask me, the skin sucks xD)
if you come across a gold q8/16 of the same skin i would be willing to pay at least 3a, but I cant see this shield go for that much

They diodn't drop it in any req for me yet but might be bad luck. Ill just try it out for some runs.
I just did 8 runs. They havent even dropped a white item not even cash ... not sure if they drop anything at all.

I can give you some insight on Nightfall q8 Swords
If you take this list here there are only 8 swords in Nightfall, that can not drop in Gold q8
Bramble Blade
Crested Machete
Istani Scimitar (i think this doesnt drop Gold at all)
Machete (just from Collectors and weaponsmiths)
Ripper Blade (
)Tattoed Blade (just Tut Island drop)
Tormented Sword (obviously)
Wintergreen Sword
The rest is possible, even if you have to farm some of them in EotN like Golden Machete or Igneous Blade or even Elemental Sword

Red is not entirely wrong here. Personally I haven't seen a q8 Gold insc Sea Purse Shield, but I know, that Aris had one up in his Selling Thread on Gw Guru.
I know where they drop, but the drop rate is (like every NM Farm) shit xD. So the gold q8 Tac Sea Purse could easily fetch 100a range maybe even more. For purple though ... I dont see the market tbh. My guess would be anything between 10e-100e.
