Frankly, I don't understand why this needs to be discussed or why you two are so confidently wrong about this.

Reminds me of that random in Kama yesterday who tried to give me a long ass lecture about "overcharging" for sunspear and kept yapping, writing a longass novel without me ever replying and then when he realized it's the new skin and not suntouched/sunburst spear (he kept reiterating Sunspear q9 is only worth 5-20e) and then put my on ignore before i could ever respond :D.

Like it's just a fact that you only need to do the 17 pre quests in nm and turn on hm (which obviously requires having done Shiro in nm at least once on said account) when you want to farm it, could literally prove it right now if you want to bet on it.
